Material Options
Choose What Works for Your Home and Budget
Composite Decking
Low-maintenance, long-lasting, and available in a wide range of colors and textures. Brands like Trex, TimberTech, and Azek offer 25–50 year warranties. No staining, no splinters, no rot.
Pressure-Treated Lumber
The classic choice — affordable, strong, and proven. Requires periodic staining and sealing, but nothing beats the natural wood feel. We use top-grade southern yellow pine rated for ground contact.
PVC & Cellular Board
For porch flooring, railings, and trim that needs to withstand direct weather exposure. Won’t rot, warp, or attract insects. Paints and finishes hold better than wood.

Composite Deck & Rails
Pressure-treated frame with composite decking and matching composite railings. A clean, cohesive look with minimal upkeep.
Fully Upgraded
Premium composite decking and railings with black aluminum balusters, plus a PVC apron and kick plates so the underside is finished too.
